I just put in the Information it asked for, and BAM! My return was spit out. Done.
What's great about it: Walked me through the whole process. And I got a nice return.
What's not so great: None

Easy and Quick

Easy wak thru of credits and deductions. Transferring last year's information huge time saver. Showing my refund amount rise was a huge incentive to finish.

Turbo Tax Tenure

I have used Turbo Tax for almost 10 years. I have "checked" my results against one of the leading nation wide tax services. Turbo Tax always gives me better results.
What's great about it: Catch items I have missed in the past
What's not so great: Self employment section tricky to navigate
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Updates took too long, It would be much better if the state e-filing fee was part of the purchase price. Besides that the program is very easy to navigate.

Absolutely incredible and easy to do, did taxes for my Nephew, now onto the HARD ones - mine and my Wife's !

I don't have a complex form but I just enjoy the simplicity of being able to input my data and have federal and state forms completed and done.
