I had to manually download this program as it didn't automatically download. I also had trouble downloading the state program. There were also issues between Turbotax and the state of Minnesota.
What's great about it: Easy once things worked
What's not so great: Mistakes by TurboTax and very difficult time downloading program

Taxes Made Easy

Do you want to make life easier? Use Turbo Tax every year for you 1040 and state returns. TT "remembers" from year to yer and saves the user many hours of searching prior years returns.
What's great about it: TT asks you every thing you need to question.
What's not so great: IRS (Congress) makes filing your taxes too complicated

Love TurboTax!

I've used this product since it was first introduced. I wouldn't even consider using another tax-filing platform! I feel it's user friendly and love the fact that my kids have also been able to use it to file their taxes for their part-time jobs on the 1040EZ.
What's great about it: Been using TurboTax since day one
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using TurboTax for years, and years. That pretty much says it all! If I wasn't happy with it, I'd be using something else!
What's great about it: You can just do it, or really go through it!
What's not so great: Sometimes it gets stuck on something that it thinks is an error.
