Turbo Tax is a great tax software to use for individuals who like to complete their own tax returns. It's easy and it gives you peace of mind with audit risks. I will definitely use it again next year and recommend it to my friends and family!
What's great about it: I liked the easy guide tool
What's not so great: I disliked the upgrading suggestions

Used TT for years now. Most of it is just fine. Really needs some work in the AMT area though -- concepts aren't always explained in plain English. More and more regular folks are getting his with AMT every year.
Also, could use more help with foreign investments. You have a mutual fund that generates a few dollars of foreign income -- no, I don't have any clue which countries it's from. It's a huge mutual fund. Same problem with muni bond funds. No, I don't know which city handed out each tiny little piece of it.
What's great about it: makes taxes as easy as reasonably possible
What's not so great: some areas not as well thought through

The only confusing part I found was the HSA segment under income section. wasn't sure about the acher section.
What's great about it: Year after year the mt taxes gets easier to file and it's because of the consistant format, ease of use and details.

Nice and easy to use. Even had my wife do part of it this year. Now she knows the hours I claim to spend doing the taxes are not true. Great product
