Turbo Tax makes it easy and quick!

Love TurboTax! Also love their live chat, my tax expert called me and was able to answer my questions quickly.
What's great about it: They guide you through everything.
What's not so great: N/A

Overall I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and do not plan on changing.
What's great about it: Can do it at home whille drinking coffee. Can look it up any time without having to keep a pile of papers.
What's not so great: The online version is extremely slow. Had to go buy the disc to make it worth while.

Indispensable Tool for Taxes

I have come to rely on Turbo Tax to help me do my family's taxes for the past few years.
I have not been keeping on top of the tax changes and I know the program will bring it up and address it with either questions or in a forum.

What's great about it: Guides you through the details, Gives you the "Explain This" option on many new tax rules right from current screen
What's not so great: Can't always see prior year comparison

Overall, a helpful; tax tool as long as you are familiar with the taxing system

What's not so great: Too many embellished advertisements for upgrades

I have been a long-time Turbo Tax user. This program has always been very easy to use and has allowed me to get my maximum return every year that I have used it - I compared it to other programs the first two times I used it.

2012 Taxes

Good product for the person who has completed tax returns before. It could be confusing for first time users (not a product issue, more a function of our tax code). I do not e-file due to the security issues sending sensitive information over the internet. You should do a better job warning people about these potential problems.
What's great about it: Fast, easy, good explanations, help if needed
