Very happy with my refund

I have used turbo tax for years and have always been very happy with the whole process. I went to a competitor one year and they charged me a fee that was more than my refund for filling out so many forms I needed for itemization. I will never stray from turbo tax again. Thank you.
What's great about it: It was a very easy process using Turbo Tax to file my taxes
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

So Easy

This year being able to import all my 1099 forms really made completing my forms easy. I really liked the way Turbo Tax took me thorough everything I needed to review. The financial import function really made doing my taxes much easier.
What's great about it: I really appreciated the ability to import financial information

Been using turbo tax 2 years now, wish I would have used it years earlier!
What's great about it: quick and easy,the beast of tax preparation!!!!

Much better than previous years

The overall software makes filing a lot easier than before. The only gripe I have is that the software waits until the end before it gives you error messages, shows in the form view versus the standard view, and doesn't recognize if this year there are changes and forms from the previous year aren't needed, thereby giving errors.
What's great about it: Liked the flow, navigation tools
What's not so great: Waits until the end if information is filled out, doesn't recognize if information isn't part of this years return

I have been using TurboTax for at least 10 years. The part I love the most is you just have to load the previous years tax file and update with the new information. You don"t have to go through figuring out all the deductions and such the information is already completed.
What's great about it: Ease of use

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and will continue to do so. With the complexity of tax laws and little time to get pros to do my taxes (and money to pay them) I like the ease of use that comes with Turbo Tax. I feel confident that my returns are correct and done within the complexity of the Federal Tax code.
