Pop up information could have more detail in describing what I am signing off on like what is being inputted onto exact tax forms.

gets the job done

been using TT for about 10 years and the product has performed well, I think every year about trying a different software but like that all the information from previous year can transfer over. Cost of TT has increased 75% since I started using it around 2003.
What's great about it: saves most information from prior years, good prompts for information
What's not so great: prompts to purchase additional products/services

I am very impress with the software. It is easy to use and do a calculation for me very quick. I get it done very quick.
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Instructions are very clear and get a job done very quick.

Have a great sense that return logic is current with federal and state statutes and regulations, etc.

My First Time

This was my first time completing my return. I am a college student, still a dependent on my parent's return, so my return was quite simple, but Turbo Tax was very easy to use.

I like using TurboTax and having the software on my computer so I can review my tax situation throughout the year. TurboTax is very easy to use and since we can use it for 5 filings I can offer it to my children in the house to use for their taxes.

Couldn't be better!

Honestly, could it be any easier? It takes less than an hour to do all my taxes now - State and Federal. To top it off I submit it online and poof - it's done! I received all my refunds within two weeks and they were direct deposited to boot.

sometimes leads you into believing you have a credit, but then you find that you can't take the credit. disappointing!
What's great about it: Easy, instructive, simple, fast
