I love this program.

This is a great program. I've been using this program for at least 6 years. Never throught about using anything else.

not sure why the software said i owed taxes if i had business expenses that exceeded my income. that business expense section was skipped until i agreement to pay more money. wouldn't it be easier to let the customer via a set of question get to what needs to be done to maximize the tax savings and then ask for additional pay at the end or just notify that the process you're going through at the moment will cost you more...
further i had to opt out to using turbo software this year as the online portal was so slow and kept of crashing. it was so frustrating

I like this product.
What's great about it: I like the transfer of my information from year to year. Turbo tax takes the guess work out of the yearly filing.
What's not so great: None at this time.

been using TurboTax to file for many years and this year's version is the easiest one yet. It had been a chore in the past to step through unnecessary screens. TT12 is much more intuitive.

turbo taxing

Turbo tax is the best product on the market for home use. Why pay for an"expert" when it is almost fool proof to go step by step and explainations given for all lines. I used to have to go to the library for the forms only to retur a few more times to get the right or additional forms. Turbo tax is organized and easy

I have used Turbo Tax for years and wouldn't think of filing any other way. It is thorough and easy to use.
What's great about it: Led me through the maize of details and made it a snap to file!
What's not so great: Loved it all.

Taxes are never fun or easy, but Turbotax leads you through it smoothly.
What's great about it: Data entry about as straightforward as it can be
