Turbo Tax walked us through every step of the process. It was easy, relatively painless and a LOT quicker than filling the forms out manually!

It Guides you through everything, and if you are unsure about something it has a little link to click and it'll explain in detail everything to you using "normal" language and not non-understandable language. Its almost as though you have a personal assistant!
What's great about it: It easily guides you through everything
What's not so great: None
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very user friendly and easy to use, I have always paid someone to do our taxes and this is the first time I have ever done this. I can’t help think about all the money I have wasted paying someone to do it for me. The whole process only took me 2 hours from start to finish and received a nice refund as well and it was close to last year’s refund as will so I feel really good about using TurboTax.

Excellent choice for tax preparation software. Easy to use and finished taxes within a couple hours.

I love turbotax on line. I have been using this software for more than 7 years and each year it get better. Like that I can save off fill and don't have to hang on to paper.
