Interview style to fill in the forms of IRS very easy to navigate. The program seemed to ask every possible scenario associated with taxes. Totally LOVE the carryover of data from previous years -- so nice that the software communicates with previous editions and automatically extracts the data for comparison and reminding.
What's great about it: easy to use, easy to understand, thorough

What's great about it: BECAUSED I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR OVER 10 YEARS, I DON'T HAVE TO GO THROUGH EVERY STEP, I CAN SKIP THE PART I DON'T USE
What's not so great: NO CONS, I LOVE IT. WOULD NOT USE ANOTHER PROGRAM

trustworthy and effective

I have used turbotax for several years in a row. I like that it is easy to use and yet thorough and catches all my deductions. When I say my W2, I was afraid I was going to have to pay, but I got a refund instead using turbotax and the deduction finding tools.

Thanks for making a great product. I've been using TurboTax for many years and value its format, structure, ease-of-use and ability to ensure I am doing things right. The ability to see the previous year's information helps to ensure I'm being consistent in capturing the information while allowing me to notice the differences and changes.
What's great about it: Love how it compares previous to current tax year to ensure I'm reporting on everything and see how I do year over year
What's not so great: none

This is my third year w/Turbo Tax.It saves me so much money just on fees that the other companies would charge me every time.Turbo walks you through everything.(It gives me time to go find paperwork I didnt know i needed when it asks for things.)My life has many interruptions,with turbo tax I can stop and pick back up where i left off.It doesnt time you out.they really make it so easy and i feel so assure of what i am getting back and why it is the amount.
What's great about it: they make it so easy,i can take my time to complete

Easy to install and use. This is the best tax software I have ever used. I would recommend this software to everyone.
What's great about it: Very detailed in the questions that were asked. Informative and easy to use.
What's not so great: Sometimes just a little too detailed.
