I have been using TurboTax for over 15 years and have never had any problems. The only error I ever had was my own error, NOT TurboTax's fault!

Works well, save money

Everything was working without problems, as all years I using TurboTax, Just last Year used Tax Cut but I was missing the final SAVE TAX RETURNS in .pdf format.

Best Product/Method

If you have decent organization skills and about 30 minutes of time, this is a lot better than going somewhere and paying to have your taxes done. All you have to do is type in the numbers on your forms and you are done. That's it. E-file is the best and direct deposit sure beats waiting for a check or having your check stolen in the mail!
What's great about it: Fast, Easy Navigation, Beats Wasting Time going to an office

Taxes made easy!

Found the software easy to use and accurate calculation of taxes finding all the possible deductions and credits.
A choice to edit the tax forms directly for certain things is also a good feature.
Could not remove a state tax that was selected inadvertently.
What's great about it: Easy to use - accurate taxes.
What's not so great: some redundancy.

I have been using it for a few years. It is so easy and helpful with the explanations. It gives a great overview of specific topics as you go along. It gives me peace of mind in knowing that my taxes are being done correctly in the privacy of my own home. Again great job! See you next year!!!
