Turbo Tax

so when I purchased turbo tax I was told I would get a free State well that never happened. So a little upset over that. Other wise Love the program

Helped with chlidren's tax returns

I used this for myself and my three young adult kids to get their taxes filed and showed them how easy and quick trrbo-tax is to use.
What's great about it: easy to use for multiple returns
What's not so great: None I can think of.

Made taxes easy

Turbo Tax makes a stressful event easy! Gives me a piece of mind knowing that I was able to have step by step directions and didn't miss anything. I usually have to do the taxes for 4 to 5 people and with working full time Turbo Tax makes it quick and easy. Thank you, Kathy
What's great about it: I love that it gives me all the help I need, makes sure I don't forget anything, Answers all of my questions.
What's not so great: Don't have a con!!!!

Got Down to Business

Turbotax gives you the information you need in plain english with many resources to make the process as simple as possible and keep the errors down. Being able to save the completed worksheets will come in handy when I apply for a mortgage later this year. Everything I need from this and last year was right on my computer. They also don't hide how calculations are made or the impact each entry has on the whole.
What's great about it: Recognized my MISC income as self-employment income.

I've been using this product because it gives you step by step instructions and is very easy to use - just like following a recipe for the first time.
What's great about it: Step by Step instructions made it easy as cooking a recipe

A Real Timesaver!

Our son is going off to college next year so we had to estimate our taxes early in order to complete the FAFSA paperwork. Later, after receiving my W2's, I had to redo my taxes with the final information. Having to do taxes once is bad enough... but having to do them twice is torture. With TurboTax it was very easy to update the information I had already entered and to check things over for correctness. TurboTax saved me a huge amount of time.
What's great about it: Auto recalculation made making changes so much faster and with no mistakes.
What's not so great: Nothing at all.

I've purchased Turbo tax for the last 10 years and I recommend it to friends and family. It's user friendly.
What's great about it: Copied key information from last year's returns.
What's not so great: The cost to electronically file state returns and to purchase additional states.
