right kind of return

i would recommend turbo tax to anyone who would like to be confident in the software they are using. I like the fact you provide help and explanations in each section of the return. I also like how you double check for errors before the return is transmitted and if an error is located you get an explanation and suggestions on how to fix the error. I also like the fact I can use turbo tax to file my state return which is also easy simply to use.
What's great about it: easy to use and understand
What's not so great: sometimes making deduction changes were harder @ times

Use Turbo Tax, Get the Max

I like everything about Turbo Tax except the fact that there are so many updates, late in the tax filing season. I like to file near the end of February and I worry that one of these years I will miss an important update and my taxes will be filed incorrectly.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is smarter than your average tax preparer

couldn't have been easier. all the help without the hassle of having to wait in line, listen to some smartalecpreparer complain about his day. been using turbo for many many years, thinkin i've been using it since it appeared in the world. good job turbo, appreciate yall

Easy to use, Great search engine

I've been using Turbo Tax since 2003 and every year it gets better. The updated navagation makes finding things simple with just a few key words. I let Turbo Tax lead me through everything and when I'm not sure a help screen is one click away. With the "Learn More" hypertext one click gets you information and education. I never enjoy doing my taxes by Turbo Tax makes the effort tolerable.
What's great about it: Easy navagation, one click help
What's not so great: What you may owe staring at you in RED

Great software

I have used Turbo Tax for the last few years and as a programmer I found the software very good and easy to use with all the links to the IRS forms is one feature I like the best.

TT makes filing easy!

What's great about it: No paperwork. Audit protection.
What's not so great: Fee to file with the state.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The who process was easy and straight forward. Turbo tax ask what expenses you have and calculate and enter the numbers for you.
It really does make doing taxes a whole lot easier!
What's great about it: Easy and straight forward!
