one feature i do not like is most people w-2 forms the same salary is used in all the you should be able to enter it once wages, medicare,social security sections. Maybe reducing the size of the screen so you do not have to scroll all the time to get to the continue button at the bottom of the screen. over all a every good program. I have used turbo tax for 10 years now.
What's great about it: easy to use.
What's not so great: some features could beautomated

2012 Tax Return

Product is consistent, provides latest updates, community to ask questions, measure against others like you. Complete package - soup-to-nuts! Incorporate year after year and from websites as well.
What's great about it: Walks you through process
What's not so great: Kept inputting extension
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Cons... looping on state tax form should have been caught and corrected before releasing to the public.
What's great about it: easy to use, on-line help was very good
What's not so great: caught in the "looping" state tax. Very frustrating!

This is the third year to use turbo tax and each year seems easier to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Unsure of some of the caluculations for deductions. Poor explanation of how got amount for deduction.

Speedy Speedy plus Accuracy

The 2012 Turbox Tax is excellent. I like the fact that updates were checked before completing the federal and statement tax information. Turbo Tax is simple and I believe a child could complete a non complex tax return.
We have been using Turbox Tax for a few years now and extremely satisfied.
What's great about it: My husband & I are retired from Ala and it was a breeze to use your product
What's not so great: The start-up took longer than I anticipated.
