I've used turbotax for 10 years now and they keep making the product better and better each year. Its easy to use, inexpensive to buy and gets me the return I need quickly. I cant say enough.. really.. Just buy it!
What's great about it: so easy to use.. fast.. cheap! AWESOME!
What's not so great: none...

My time well spent using Turbo Tax

I have used Turba Tax for a few years now and every year there have been improvements. The first year I used Turbo Tax, by the end I was a little frustrated because some of hte items that were asked did not seem clear and concise as to how you were supposed to enter information. I stuck with Turbo Tax the next year, and some of the information was clearer. This year, everything seems to be even more concise and clear. I had my daughter enter her information herself while I sat back and watched. She was able to enter it quite easily. Thank you.
What's great about it: The ease of use, understanding what can be deducted and what can't, did I say ease of use, and maximizing my refund.
What's not so great: Thinking through it all, I don't have any major problems with turbotax this time.

User Friendly Software

Using Turbo Tax is the easiest way I have processed my taxes. It is so easy to understand and answer the questions. As long as you have your W2's, charitable contributions, etc... organized, it only takes about 45 minutes to get all the way through and fiIe and print.
What's great about it: Easy to answer questions and enter information
What's not so great: I can't think of any
