User Friendly Great Refund!

Overall, aside from 1 small issue regarding the wording of a question, I had no absolutely no problems using this software. It is very user friendly and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
What's great about it: System is very user friendly even to first timers!
What's not so great: A question asking if a 2011 return was e-filed was confusing because it only asked "did you file a return," not e-file
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I believe that people of reasonable intelligence should be able to do their own taxes without needing a CPA. But then I took a class on taxes and all of the details scared the daylights out of me. I still refuse to go to an accountant, but feel much better with Turbo Tax on my team.

I love using Turbo Tax because it checks for all the deductions, checks for errors, and allows me to efile for a faster refund.
What's great about it: Checks for all deductions and checks for errors
What's not so great: While efiling, extra fields needed to be corrected

TurboTax helped walk through my return step by step with minimal confusion. It was easy to use and helped organize my tax information. Having my information transferred from last years return was also great!

Finally made it to the end.

Over all a great product. Just very frustrating because I was delayed two weeks in filing.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow the step by step screens instructions and explanations.
What's not so great: There was a glitch this year when I got to the e-file page. Said IRS forms and Schedules were not available.

I have used Turbo Tax since 2007 and have never been disappointed with this program. It makes everything so easy and I never have to think about each deduction, it walks me right though each one. I will always use Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is so easy to use
What's not so great: Don't have any

The software is easy to follow and understand. Once I have all of my information, it just flows into the return. I also like the ability to manage the forms on my own when I wish to, and switching between is simple.
What's great about it: TurboTax makes the minefield of education credits so much easier
