Simplifies the Complicated

What I like best is that how easily Turbo Tax guides you through all the forms and provides tips to understand to information required.

I've used TT for several years and like it better than other programs I have tried. Easy to use. Handles my multiple incomes easily (w2s, 1099s, small business). Quick links to additional information. Had a little trouble with one of the updates this year which require me to uninstall and re-install the program and wait a couple of days for them to fix the bug.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Had trouble with one update which wouldn't let me back into the program. The bug was fixed quickly.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Quick process, but had a bug during the input

Everthing went really well until I entered a value and went back to delete later. After further review, the value was still there and had to delete again. Almost had an issue there. Overall we are happy with the program.
What's great about it: Fast and intuitive
What's not so great: Added a dollar value after deleting

Quickly Amazing!!

I love how easy they make it!! I am filing for my second time by myself and last year was easier than this year because this year I had to add my 1098-T for college and it was so SIMPLE!!! I absolutely love it!! Thanks TurboTax for making filing my taxes so quick, easy, and convient!!

I had to input all of my info again into TurboTax because it did not have last years info imported. IDK why, it was in last years TurboTax file!! Other than that, it went off without a hitch! I buy it every year!
What's great about it: ease of use

Simple and Easy

We have used Turbo Tax the past 5 years and find it extremely easy to use and does not take much time at all to complete both forms. I highly recommend using it.
What's great about it: It walks you through each section step by step and I like the help windows.
What's not so great: If you go back to double check a section, you have reclick all the information in that section.
