Quick and Easy

I have used and will continue to use TurboTax as long as the programs are as user friendly as they currently are. Great product!
What's great about it: I was able to complete everything in one sitting
What's not so great: Some of my financial institutions records would not import

Nightmare

I like the program & have never had an issue, until this year. There was a glitch that had an impact on our other income tax amount showing up that happened to be more than we made the whole year! It took me 2hrs to get a live person to talk to in order to resolve my issue. After waiting for 2hrs I was really glad to get the problem solved in about 20min.
What's great about it: questions were clear cut & easy to understand
What's not so great: I had an amount showing up in my "other income taxes" that wouldn't go away!!

Love this program have had great success and not been let down - even with red numbers at the top.
What's great about it: Done in the comfort of my own home at my own pace
What's not so great: Few spots - a real world scenario would have been nice to understand what was being asked

Dreaded Chore Becomes Bearable

I no longer put off filling out tax forms til the night before they are due. I know once I force myself to sit down with my pile of papers, the chore will soon be over. No need to pay a tax guy if you don't have a bunch of complicated situations. Tubo Tax makes it not very painful.
What's great about it: I have confidence that I didn't make ridiculous math errors
What's not so great: Tax time is always a drag
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

So easy, so fast

For my first time doing taxes it was painless and easy. Although it got boring after awhile but they are taxes.
What's great about it: finished my taxes in about 30 minutes

Easier to use every year. Up to date info and.
I use every yr and compared to the OTHER software you could purchase. TurboTax is the Best for your money and the will get you the maximum refund possible !
