2012 Taxes

Using TurboTax is something I have been doing for many years, it seemed that the 2012 version was quicker than previous versions. I love that it pulled in the info from my w2 and I only had to enter a minimal amouint of info. Keep up the good work. I will continue to use TurboTax for all future filing.
What's great about it: Everything was quick and easy

If I didn't use Turbo Tax again this year...I wouldn't of known about the deduction for my college student! It was awesome!

I work for tax attorneys and they prefer I use Turbo Tax rather than ask them questions because "it's more in depth."
What's great about it: easy to complete, super easy to file
What's not so great: can't think of any!

Easy to prepare incrementally, and recompute easily when newer or revised info was encountered.

tax exempt pension's

I was disappointed this year.If it wasn't for the patience and perseverance of Sal (customer service) I wouldn't have gotten my return done(2hrs on phone).The question that was asked about state pension was not appropriate, and therefore could not determine that it was tax exempt.When I got done with Sal I was sent a questionnaire and then wasn't able to submit it on their web site.
What's great about it: program leads you thru.
What's not so great: doesn't always ask the right question
