Turbo Tax makes taxes simple

I was able to complete joint itemized return in less than 2 hours. Turbo Tax helped me find deductions I might othewise have missed.

When I first started using Turbo Tax software 3 years ago, I was very skeptical because I had done my taxes manually for years. Now, I would not do them any other way!! Your software is a godsend and a real time saver for taxpayers at any level. Thanks!

Best Tax Software

I really enjoy using TurboTax. This is the second year I've used it (used TaxCut in previous years, which later became H&R Block At Home). In my opinion, TurboTax is exceedingly better than H&R Block At Home. The interview questions are more detailed and easier to understand, which made me feel that every aspect of my tax situation was covered. It was also very easy to use. I plan to use TurboTax for many years to come.
What's great about it: Ease of use; detailed interview; modern look
What's not so great: None that I would attribute to the software

Great Experience, Despite Occassional Glitch

I like TurboTax and will continue to purchase the software each year, as it dramatically simplifies the process of filling out my taxes, particularly given that I have complex medical expenses and my wife has income from two states. I had a couple glitches involving multi-state filing and updating, but those were fixes fairly quickly.
What's great about it: Simplified the process of filling out and filing taxes
What's not so great: Multi-state glitch with Virginia lasted a week

The process lives up to expectations, with only minor points of confusion, such as the print function. I had to go through it twice before I figured it out
