Love the program

Finding and understanding what could and could not be deducted of miscellaneous expenses was very difficult for what I needed to deduct. Such as, home improvements. In 2011 your program was a little easier to understand where and what I could deduct for all the personal improvements we made.
What's not so great: Finding and understanding miscellaneous deductions.

I have been using TurboTax for more than 10 years. It is always thorough and easy to use. Its Deductible is great for keeping track of donations- I keep track of my donations of used clothing this way. Using reports in Quicken helps me get the info I need to complete Turbo Tax. We also use the suggested W-4 to give to payroll at work. Just wish it could provide me with more little deductions now that mine are in college!
What's great about it: quick, easy and comprehensive
What's not so great: could use better explantions in college tuition section

Turbo Tax is easy to use and provides a 100% accuracy guarantee. Plus, with the Audit Defense option, it is one of the best ways to complete your taxes and have tax experts defend your tax return should your return be audited. I have used Turbo Tax for more than 10 years and I would recommend it to all my friends and family.
What's great about it: Very detaied and the right program exists for most tax situations
What's not so great: Some tax questions are not answered directly and require additional research, but the program does provide references

I like the way the program does an interview with you to find all income and deductions. The program also checks for errors and lets you know the probalility of an audit.
What's great about it: Easy step by step questions and forms to fill out.

I have a complicated return--part time business, two separate employers, and retirement income. TorboTax helps me navigate through all of it easily and quickly.
