Not Happy with Process

Not happy with process, to much scrolling down to get to next catagory.
Very confusing when checking for errors to to corrected as to what you are asking for
Why show estimated tax vouchers and they can not be filed?/

What's great about it: simple, fast, accurate, ....
What's not so great: not up to current wit actual software issues, easy to miss sections when scanning thru menus,

Newly divorced- So easy and helpful

I am now divorced after 22 yrs. of marriage. My ex had always completed our taxes. This was the first year I had to go it alone and with change of filing status to single, head of household. I was very fearful and intimidated until I started using this tax program. It was very easy and asked very simple questions to help along the way. Thank you so much!
What's great about it: very easy- simple language

We have used TurboTax for 4 years and now I wouldn't even try another software. As a matter of fact, my wife bought another popular software yesterday and I made her take it back.
It's easy, TurbTax helps you determine which forms you need and then walks you through each step of each form. It files the forms and you get your return, how great is that! The first two years it saved us several hundred dollars over what we calculated, not to mention the money we saved not going to a tax man. We don't bother calculating anymore.
We file as early as we can and usually have our money before others have filed (one week or so). By the time you read this I'll likely have my money spent!

You have become so computer unfriendly each year of the last 15 years that I have used you that I would change to another tax service if they offered the same services.
