Only Tax Program I'll Ever Use

This is the 2nd time I've used Turbo Tax and it won't be the last. I am not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree when it comes to financial matters, but even I was able to navigate this program with ease and confidence. I also liked that the instructions were conversational, not stodgy and pedantic - it made me feel more relaxed.
What's great about it: Intuitive software
What's not so great: Heck: it's taxes! Enough said!

Turbo Tax made it easy to find the appropriate form when filing my Mother's Estate form. For me, this was an unusual tax reporting situation.

Every year turbotax improves the product. Fast and easy to use and has the latest updates. I will not use any other product. The W2 download has been perfected. Love the product.
What's great about it: ease of use, automatic W2 download(easier every year), great assist automation, great easy entry path and layout

Very Easy

I always have an easy time doing my income taxes using the Turbo Tax software. I feel very confident that it is done acturately. It takes a load of my shoulders when I am completed and submit my returns. It is also easy to transfer last years information when I do the current year returns.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is very user friendy
