Simple as it gets!

Found it simple and easy, walked me through everything section by section.....couldn't be any easier. Worth every penny.
What's great about it: simple, easy, covers everything
What's not so great: wish help was clearer on 1099Q and 1099T

Easy to navigate, simple to understand, seems complete in questions. They try to get a refund for you, but not always possible darn it.

How do I make federal tax estimates when I am getting a refund this year but do not expect to next year?
What's great about it: logically arranged, not too busy or confusing
What's not so great: none really -- wish the tax laws were replaced by flat tax

Fast & Easy

Overall, very satisfied with the software. I have used TruboTax for over 12 years and was worried that this year I would have to switch because of the supposed issues with the State of Minnesota. Fortunately you guys pulled it through and were able to come up with a solution to the supposed issues the state was claiming.

I've used Turbotax for many years-really like it!
What's great about it: easy to understand and enter information; quick to go to return and back to entry screens
What's not so great: some items on the return did not link to inputs
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
