Turbo Tax is a great way to go, if you don't mind taking the time to figure out your own taxes. You don't have to pay an arm and a leg to get your taxes done! You can do it yourself, and if you are not sure, Turbo Tax will guide you through the whole process.

What's great about it: Turbo Tax will guide you through all your paper work and show you what you need to file or NOT file!
What's not so great: Takes a while to go through ALL the forms, but it's worth it.

Turbo Tax issue

I was told I cannot efile my state return but when it came to the FILE section it asked if I want to efile.
What's great about it: Reasonably easy to put in info and TurboTax puts together the correct forms
What's not so great: It still makes errors.

I was very happy with TurboTax deluxe. I usually have a professional do my taxes for me, but have not been impressed by him. I actually got more money by using turbotax and appreciated that I could file within multiple states and get deductions.
What's great about it: I work in mutiple states a year and was very impressed I coul use turbotax to do this.
What's not so great: the charge for every state I worked in
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This program is great. It gets even easier after the first year because much of the information is transferred from year to year

Easy Tax Relief

Turbo Tax is so easy for the ordinary individual to use. Just follow the simple instructions. Everything gets checked as you go and reviewed. You can return to any portion of the document at any point to correct errors. There is always back up personal to help you if you get stuck. This is my third year using the program and I highly recomment it to everyone.

Good product I have been using last 5 years
Some information is not easy to find such as detailed personalized information but overall it is easy to use if you don't have very specific tax situation

I've been using Turbo Tax for years now. I find it always ask the questions that help you think and as a result you answer correctly.
What's great about it: I like the carryover from year to year
