It's done

Easy to use and reduces the tax code hassle
What's great about it: quick, easy, inputs previous years info in the current year forms
What's not so great: as a result of being so easy you don't really know how the information works in the actual tax forms and worksheets.

I've used Turbo Tax for several years now & it is very easy. I wish that a free State filing was included.

FOUND EXTRA $ OVER PAID PREPARERS

I did my parents tax return and because I used Turbo Tax's section that explores every item, I was able to get a refund for them. This section asks specifically about long-term care insurance. My parents returned to the company that had done their taxes previously and were able to get an additional $900 for past years where this credit was missed.
What's great about it: I love be guided through all the categories because I found a deduction that paid preparers didn't find!
What's not so great: CO state return gives you a choice to donate to charities. Only some of those show up on the following year's federal r

Easy as Usual

This is the 8th year I have been using Turbo Tax. It's just a no brainer to buy it every year. It walks me through everything I need.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and understand. Guided me through the whole process.

Easy to use

Turbo Tax is easy to use. I have been doing my own taxes for about 5 years now, of course with the help of my wife...and we will continue to do our own Taxes with the help of Turbo Tax. We are so relieved once its done, and complete...its time to celebrate (with a steak dinner), with the monies we saved, by paying a CPA. Thanks Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Awesome to use-I feel like I can do anyones Taxes
What's not so great: Sometimes confusing, when having to go to IRS-update

TurboTax is a very simple application to use for preparing yearly tax. Software is very robust and self explanatory with simple user interface.

Easy Filing!

This the first time I filled out the return mainly on my own. I had to enter new home information too. Even though I was uncertain at how well I would do filling everything out on my own, Turbo Tax made it very easy to do. The easy guide option is excellent and definitely goes step by step to make sure you understand everything as you fill out your return. I love using Turbo Tax. It makes filing super simple!!
What's great about it: I like how easy Turbo Tax is to use.
What's not so great: I missed adding the previous year's state refund on my fed return until I filled out the state portion & it let me know.
