Turbo Tricked

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years now. I like the intuitive GUI interface screens, explanation and further detail options, and the ability to access IRS publications. The interface with State return options is a natural.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is easy to use and very intuitive
What's not so great: Is not indexed for ease of returning to a specific area.

Great and easy to use. Dialog information and detailed 'help' makes even the confusing parts easier to understand and fill out properly

Great refund

Turbo Tax as usual was a great tool for processing my federal and state returns. Had everything processed, mailed and refunds received by us within 4 weeks. Will use again!
What's great about it: Got my return finished quickly and accurately
What's not so great: Tax forms were not fully ready when I start to do return

Very easy to use, able to get my taxes done and feel comfortable it is correct.
Like to GPS format.

Easy does it!

I really did not want to do my taxes this year! I bought the Turbo Tax software 3 months ago, but have been putting it off! Now, with less than 3 weeks till "T" day, I sat down thinking I would be chained to the desk all day. I was pleasantly surprised to be done within a few short hours! Thank You!
What's great about it: I always loathe doing my taxes, but Turbo Tax walked me through it in a little under 3 hours! LIKE!
What's not so great: It is hard to go back and delete a section you decide not to include
