Tax review

Every year that I use turbotax I think I am using a program created under either windows 2000 or a linux program. I do think it is easy to use but with so many people using this program it would be a little more visually appealing. I will still use this program in the future unless I find one that does not charge me for state filing. For a program that I paid for to start with I feel that it is trying to take as much as it can from me. I know that it takes a great deal of resources to create this program, I would just like to feel that I am not being taken at the end. I guess the best way to put it is that I want to feel good about using your product, but I don't because of the state tax filing fee.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: still looks a little primitive

definitely made some of the more confusing items easier to understand. Saved me time, headaches and money!
What's great about it: Covers everything thoroughly
What's not so great: State filing has an extra charge
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The software was good except when selecting some deductions it was asking for something I selected no to. It kept revisiting capital gains even though I selected none.

Great, easy to use product, which would deserve 5 stars if not for the attempts to get you to pay for unnecessary extra services. Enough said.
What's great about it: Easy to answer questions about your situation that Turbotax uses to calculate and file your return.
What's not so great: TurboTax will attempt (several times) to get you to pay more for unnecessary 'extra services'.

It worked great for filing and I think it was equivalent to what I got from my tax preparer last year

What's not so great: Small bug with my K-1 it kept asking me for a car model

Easiest Program Ever!!

I've been using TurboTax for at least 8 years now and I have never had an issue. The program is completely thorough and very user-friendly.
What's great about it: I feel like there is no small detail missed with TurboTax. I feel confident that my return is 100% correct!
What's not so great: none
