Easy to Use

We had to re compute some of the areas when additional data and backup was found. It was very easy to make the changes and still have integrity when filing the return.
What's great about it: Easy to use and go from one area to another when ready.

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. It is easy to understand and very thorough. My only comlplaint is that the software for my state is not included. I don't feel I should have to pay an additional fee for that.
What's great about it: thorough - easily understood
What's not so great: have to pay additional fee for state return software

Worth The Cost !

I love it mainly because I don't have to go study the new changes, or figure out what goes where. I also like the way it pulls info from the previous year and financial info from my financial accounts. Nice !
What's great about it: Easy, fast, accurate, free filing of federal returns.
What's not so great: Would like free state filing and a little more control over some of the print selections.

Have used TurboTax for years, improvements made each year, makes a painful process much easier. GREAT PRODUCT EVERY YEAR!
What's great about it: Step by Step completion, Helpful tips and explanations, links to IRS form, e-filing simplicity

Great Experience

TurboTax was easy and walked me through step by step. Software checked everything, gave me confidence I was doing it right and gave me the biggest return ever.
What's great about it: Software Updated Easily and Walked me through the process.
What's not so great: State E-Filing should be free as well.
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Made too much

Have used Turbo Tax for 15 years and always feel confident whether I get a refund or not -- the idea is not to get one and keep the funds in your pocket throughout the year! Each year it seems to get easier to use and the e-file and direct deposit (or withdrawl) is very helpful.
What's great about it: step by step guides are excellent and thorough
Pros: I bought or sold investments
