As a first timer using Turbo Tax I thought this was easy to follow. I will use it again next year where I'm sure it will be even easier to complete. Start to finish, including e-file, I was done in 3 hours. If I had all my paper work together it should have taken half the time.
What's great about it: Leads you easily through process & you can review anytime
What's not so great: Couldn't find a spot for State Excise Tax

I love using turbo tax. My dad showed me for the first time last year and I couldn't believe how easy it was. It is probably the most user friendly piece of software I've ever used. Very easy to go step by step and it allows me to use all my many deductions I get for my job as well. It's just an amazing piece of software. I couldn't imagine having to fill out forms and do all that by hand. This is what computers are for. Software like Turbo Tax. It's awesome.

I continue to find T Tax to be a simple, economical and efficient method for completing my taxes. I am nearly a 10 year user and it gets better every year.
What's great about it: carryforward from prior years! Auto calculations
What's not so great: Do not use or really like the community feature

Like the step by step instructions. I had a question and used the help area...found my answer in two clicks! I have used TurboTax for well over 12 years now....and never had a problem!

What's great about it: Very Easy to Follow and Understand
What's not so great: Could not retrieve last years return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
