Smooth

I found it easy to navigate and it gave good explanations of the information needed, even for a complex tax return like I had this year. I moved and my wife started a business, but it was easy to follow all the instructions.
What's great about it: It's Deductible has really added to this already excellent package.
What's not so great: If you go down a wrong road, you can't erase what you've done.

Disappointed regarding state e-file

Most states, that are worth anything, have a free online way to file taxes. Very disappointed with Turbo tax for trying to charge for e-file for states. I can understand charging for the tax program by state. The e-file part should be included. Not very impressive.

Worth every penny

Very easy to use, especially as a return customer. Once all of your information is entered the first time you don't have to enter it again. Makes doing taxes a breeze.

I've used turbo-tax for at least 8 years. Previous versions of turbo-tax imported charitable informations and banking institutions into the current years forms. This was not done with this version. If I am required to fill this information in year after year, there is no reason to use Turbo-tax.

Was more than I ever expected!

It was so much more detailed than the other programs I have used in the past. It asked me questions that I have never been asked in prior software programs but have had the same deductions and I know this has caused me to miss out on a bigger refund in the past.
What's great about it: Very Detailed but comfortable to go through
What's not so great: Wanted me to file a State return but I am not required to.
