I really like using Turbo Tax. I have been using it for years. It takes the extreme frustration out of filling my tax return.

I have been using Turbo Tax to help all of my family members file their taxes for more than five years. It is so easy that I am now making them do it themselves and relieving myself of some of the burden.
The ability to use e-file for federal and state returns is a great asset and ensures that our refunds will be received quickly.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: why not a really basic set of questions.

wonderful tool

Walks me through each area and I feel like I'm just answering my preparer"s questions. It reminds me of items i may have forgotten and lets me know we will get to a topic a lettle later. In is very intuitive. Its better each year I use it!
What's great about it: Simple to use. Walks me through each step and reviews if i have any conflicting information
What's not so great: Can't think of any!

Feels good to be done!

This was the first time I had difficulty finding the 1098-T and 1099-Q forms which made me very frustrated. Now that I know where to find them in the future I will be in better shape.
What's great about it: Step by step questions were absolutely great! I've used turbo tax in the past and love it!
What's not so great: My daughter had scholarships and a 1099-Q that needed to be uploaded. I had a hard time finding these documents.

Smooth as silk

I have used TurboTax for 25 years, i.e., since it was MacInTax! The guidance for required data continues to be excellent.
The Easy Step interview process is thorough and I use it every year just to ensure that nothing is overlooked. In addition, the reminders for deductions in conjunction with ItsDeductible almost guarantee that all deductible items will be included and at a proper value.
This was my first year to file electronically and the e-file process was equally smooth as silk!
Please pass on an "Outstanding" to Stacy in the Tax Help and Support Division for assistance with Grantor Letter information and data entry.

What's great about it: Logical throughout; returning to last "spot" worked excellent; updates strengthen confidence!
What's not so great: No information in TurboTax Deluxe about a Grantor Letter and how to enter required tax data.

Turbo Tax is great, easy to use.
I had a hard time finding a comparison for Married filing Joint or Separate but finally figured it out.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Extra features are hard to find
