Quick Refund

Turbotax is a quick, user friendly software program. Even if you don't know specifics about filing it asks the right questions to ensure you get all the allowable entries in the right forms. It takes the worry out of filing and gives peace of mind relative to not seeing inquiries from the IRS.
What's great about it: Turbotax covered the waterfront to consider all possibilities including that data needed for a new rental house.

2012 Quck & Easy

The recovery of data from last years return makes the effort so much easier and changes are easy to update. One area needing improvement is medical expenses. They should be handled like other deductions with a table that you edit like for charitable deductions. As the program progressed from screen to screen, I found myself going back and forth to move expenses from one category to another. Painful! Overall, I doubt I would use any other software.
What's great about it: Standard format from year to year makes filing really easy
What's not so great: Takes awhile for downloads even with hi-speed intermet

Easy, step-by-step instructions. Makes sure that I get al deductions that I am entitled to.
Major con for me is that there is no longer an analysis of my return compared to the national average and there is no feature to help me plan for next year.

What's great about it: Easy to use and accurate
What's not so great: No planning for 2013. I like to be able get an idea of what to expect my tax liability will be for 2013.

So Easy!

So user friendly. I don't have to remember anything because Turbo Tax reminds me as I go along -- such as previous year deductions, etc. I'm a long time user and wouldn't even consider another program.
What's great about it: Previous year comparison

Turbo Tax is a must have product. There may be cheaper products out there but this is by far the most simple and gratifying to use.
What's great about it: loved how it takes u step by step and calculates all ur deductions

Turbo Tax is easy to use and makes doing taxes easy. Although I am a fan, it's too bad the tax code is so complex that the common person needs softwear and modern computing power to file a return.

Once again I was able to files my taxes very quickly after receiving all of the income statements.
What's great about it: The organization of the interview process.
What's not so great: A couple of the questions required more information to make a decision on the correst answer.
