Always the easisest way to file

All and all it is the fastest way. I don't always believe the hype of commercials for any product. However, turbo tax lives up to its reputation.
What's great about it: Never miss a deduction or credit
What's not so great: Search navigator should work better and more institutions should be accesible for imorting information.

quick and easy

This is the fifth year I have used TurboTax to file my federal and state returns. I've never had any problems with the calculations. The state losing stuff and needing follow up work is a whole different story. I'm totally satisfied with my experience and will return for my 2013 taxes.
What's great about it: clear step by step instructions

In and out have always been satisfied with TurboTax. Never had a filing challenged. Always felt comfortable with end results. When friends and family had used and compared against paper version, was able to demonstrate why TurboTax was correct and able to pnpoint where they may have deviated and ended up with an incorrect tax preparation.
What's great about it: Using TurboTax for over 15 years, always satisfied with end results
What's not so great: Would prefer someone at Quicken to answer questions

I love Turbo Tax,and have been using it for 10 years. I like the way it tracks depreciation and brings it forward each year. I also like the way it indicates accounts where interest or dividends appeared the previous year so nothing is left out. I like to switch back and forth from using the forms to step by step if I have something I'm not sure of. I do think that some of the worksheets are excessive, and print all by themselves if I don't catch it. Overall, it is a terrific product.
What's great about it: Easy to use, very thorough
What's not so great: too many worksheets

Have used TT for the past 5 years. My return is fairly simple and straight forward, but TT helps me get the maximum refund.
What's great about it: Fast and Easy To Use
What's not so great: Help by Turbo Tax Community not always on the money.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I really like the fact that from year to year my information is prefilled. This speeds up the process and lets us compare entries from last year to this year.
