Had to use our son's laptop because our own computer couldn't even support the update. I know the world is moving up but we couldn't even use the program we paid for. Now we have to buy a new computer just to be able to use the program next year. We have Leopard 10.5 and it requires 10.6.
What's great about it: got a refund! First time in a long time I haven't had some problems with it
What's not so great: couldn't use our own computer

Takes Care of the Job Quickly and Easily

I have used Turbo Tax for years for my returns that are not simple enough for the 1040EZ and require itemized deductions but are not particularly tricky either. I've been happy with the relative ease of use of the product and like being able to import each previous year's data to get a jumpstart on the next year. I also like it showing me along the way what I had recorded for the previous year to give me a ballpoint figure to check against what I'm entering. E-filing is easy, but I wish the state e-filing was cheaper or included with the product.
What's great about it: Having Federal and State Together
What's not so great: Having efile for federal but not state

The Only Way to Go!

This is the only way to go to do your taxes. The program is extremely easy to use and the step by step instructions could not make it any simpler. I have been an avid turbotax user since it first came out and this system gets better and better every year. Way to go team!
What's great about it: Extremely easy to use - just follow the questions. Couldn't be any simpler!
What's not so great: Absolutely none!

doesn't give enough detail in putting info into domestic help if you are helping to pay medicare and S.S. taxes for them.
What's great about it: helped get through some of the tricky stuff
What's not so great: not too good on the household help part still

Getting to old for this!

Overalll not too bad, but it seems all the information is scattered. I was more confused when car taxes came up. When you purchase a new car.

Only way to go!

We've used Turbo Tax for over 10 yrs. Even paid to have professionally done few times and came home and got same results with Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax is the only way to go!

This is our 5th or 6th time filing with turbo tax. We keep coming back because of it's ease of use and reliability.
What's great about it: Easy to Understand
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Product

I love turbo tax use it every year. I find it easy and no hassles. When you have all of your paperwork ready just sit down and follow the screens. Very easy to use.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to fill out...if you have any questions just hit the help button and all answers provided.
What's not so great: None
