Quick and easy

Overall, very satisfied. Much easier and cheaper than seeing a tax professional. Plus I did it from my couch. I felt very comfortable through the process. I received my Federal return very quickly. My State return was rejected, and I would have liked the instructions on how to fix the problem to be a little more clear. The rest of the process was very "step by step." Fixing this problem required a little "self-navigation." Other than that, I plan on using TurboTax again next year.
What's great about it: Was easy to navigate. It walked us through the entire process. Much cheaper than going to a tax pro.
What's not so great: When return was rejected, the directions to "Help me fix the problem" weren't as clear as I would have liked.

Easy

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. Three years ago I tried a different tax software because it was a little cheaper, but I found it annoying and difficult. Turbo Tax was much better, and worth the extra couple of bucks, so I went back to it the next year.
What's great about it: Consistent and easy to use

What's great about it: Remembers info from last year
What's not so great: Minnesota State Taxes were not correct at first. The problem was fixed.
