You Found EVERY single cent!

I had been going to a CPA and the last two times he prepared my taxes I found items that he had missed, even though I had included the paper work. I like Turbo Tax because they review EVERYTHING! And the Big plus is it cost me a third what the CPA charged. Thanks!

Fast & Easy

I've used TurboTax for years and I love it! It's fast, easy, and if I need to I can go from it's interface straight to the form to see that I'm putting amounts where I think they should show on the return.
I like that I can come back and check on my refund status and electronic filing, of course, rocks!

What's great about it: The donation deduction calculator
What's not so great: Sometimes the program loads kinda slow, doesn't always catch certain penalties
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Product

My only complaint is it is somewhat of a struggle to calculate the best self employed retirement savings. I finally figure it out but seems a little more difficult than the rest of the program
What's great about it: Have used for over 25 years. Having the continuity is priceless

I live in a different state than I work in. I have used the "other guys" in the past and had to manually enter the two states' information. Turbo Tax automatically plugs in all the correct numbers and makes dealing with two states much easier
What's great about it: Handles multiple states well
What's not so great: None

Continued excellence

Again, this year, Turbo Tax has exceeded by expectations. I like the new format, the way it guides you through each section. I am particularly impressed with the info feeding over from 2011 return so you don't have to retype info. Kudos to Turbo Tax; it is the only one for me.
I have recommened Turbo Tax to many of my friends and family and once they use it they are hooked.
What's great about it: Understandable straight-forward questions
What's not so great: Not being able to see last year's data until review period

TTax keeps the standard high, easily pulls in all my data and walks me through any changes in the items i have in my returns. Quick and easy.
What's great about it: imported last years info, asked for changes and done!
What's not so great: still paying to e-file state :(
