Turbo Tax Never Disappoints

I have used for years and will always use. It is accurate, and easy to use. I like the interview, but also like I can review my forms at any time.
What's great about it: accurate and easy
What's not so great: little slow opening

Usually my taxes are somewhat straightforward. When I bought my house ears ago I went to a tax expert and paid more money than I thought I should have. This time, when selling past house and buying a new one I used TurboTax. The process was easier than I thought and did not have to pay the extra money for an expert. Wish I would have used TurboTax the time before. Will also use TurboTax when other monetary, tax implicated situations come up.
What's great about it: organized, personal, easy to understand
What's not so great: can't think of any

Have used Turbo Tax several years. Trust in the product gives me a comfortable feeling. Thanks to those responsible for this program.
What's great about it: No surprises, easy step by step instructions.

Easy to install and easy to use, Just answered the questions and filled in the blanks and was done in no time.

Overall Turbo tax is user friendly, but I think the business version is a little too expensive. A lot of people now do online trading and would need the business version.
What's great about it: user friendly
What's not so great: sometimes freezing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

In general the program is easy to move around in very little confusion during the entries. I don't use the chat and online help so I can't say what I think of that. The printing this year seemed to be a little disjointed. Seemed like the paperwork was in an out of order stack on the print table.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Includes just about all the IRS forms I have ever seen. Like the Idea of work on my own.
What's not so great: Updates that come in in March makes me wonder if I filed in Jan would it be correct.

Overall, excellent. A savings to me and that's whats important.
What's great about it: Ease of use and transfer of data from 2011
