I like Turbo Tax and have been using it since 2009 and have never had any problems with filing my Fed or State taxes.

I have been using turbotax for 12 years. It is always easy to use and they improve it every year...
What's great about it: easy, yet covers the details for a schedule c or other more complex sections of a return

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and this years was just about as good as the previous years. I also jumped ship when there were issues with coding errors in the state return, but once they got these corrected...all went well. I will use it again next year. Wish it was a little less expensive, though.
What's great about it: easy and quick
What's not so great: issues early on with state refund code errors

Pretty Easy Standard Filiing

Very easy to use for the most part. A light negative is entering information for misellaneous forms/items such as pre-paid college savings plan use being treated as income.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to use and enter data
What's not so great: If I select 'Explore on my won' I have to re-select it each time I go back to a section. Information about miscellaneous

I have enjoyed using Turbo Tax for the past 10 years, and continue to find it a very effective program for completing my return even as my taxes have gotten more complex. The help screens are indeed helpful, the comparisons with past years pull up easily, and I have never felt lost as to where I need to turn next. Keep up the great program.

I can't stand doing taxes, but I enjoy doing them with Turbo Tax. It's so easy and I feel confident when I'm done!

I really like the fact that this program goes thru everything so through that my family feel like good about using it!
What's great about it: They ask for all of the benefits that you really need nowdays!
What's not so great: Just keep updating and the program is fine!
