User Friendly

This was a great program and was user-friendly from the standpoint of data collection and input. Only negative was not having an individual I could ask specific questions of. However, the resources and help-center available were useful and provided answers with a little research. Great program!
What's great about it: User friendly and easy to manuever. More stress-free than going through tax professional.
What's not so great: Occasionally had difficulty answering specific questions, and would have liked to have a person to go to.

goes over everything you could possibly needed, anyone can do it, even with no knowledge of tax stuff!!

I have used TurboTax for a great many years and have never been disappointed. It makes filing my taxes a breeze.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, and intuitive interface
What's not so great: Could be slightly easier to jump around in between sections.

Picked up Turbo Tax and had the State and Federal taxes done in an afternoon.
What's great about it: TurboTax makes even the 1040 form as easy as can be.
What's not so great: None.

I really liked the language used. It was simple and easy to understand. The process is easy to follow. There is comfort knowing that professionals have spent time making it as easy as possible. I guess that is why I have been using the product for 20 years. Thanks
What's great about it: I loved how you can go as quick as you want or slow down in sections.
What's not so great: It is taxes What can I say.

Have used TurboTax for several years & it just keeps getting easier. Love the feature of reviewing previous filing and importing information. I have used this for my own itemized tax returns and now for son who recently purchased his first home. My daughter uses for short form filing.
