Minimized my taxes owed!

I would highly recommend this product, having used it for years now. Signed up for Audit Defense this year for first time due to the audit risk meter showing medium level risk this year due to lots of changes in our income. Like having that option for peace of mind. very simple to load, update, and use. Like print and save options (pdf is best for saving personal files).
What's great about it: Helps me find deductions I forget, Asks me every little thing, Audit Defense option
What's not so great: None so far!

Needed Extra Help And I Got It

I needed extra help at one point and used the online chat service. The representative was knowledgable, attentive and helped me out. They even sent me an email with additional information I could review at my leisure. I was very pleased and wll continue to use TurboTax and the chat service again if needed.
What's great about it: Easy to use and I got help through online chat when I had some questions

It is easy to roll through the process and it hits all of the major elements of the tax process to get you your maximum return

Nice Nice program

Been using this program for years. Goes through step by step all forms and possible ways to get back the most amount of money. I like the free efile for federal return, wish the state was free too.
What's great about it: Fast, easy to use, got help if stuck with a question
What's not so great: charge to efile with the state - maybe an Illinois thing

Excellent Program!

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and it only seems to get better! I have so many friends who are afraid of doing their own taxes and they pay big money to have them done... I feel sorry for them! Turbo Tax Rocks!
What's great about it: Easy to use yet super thorough!
What's not so great: It's not free... (but, it's totally worth it!)

TurboTax is the only software that I've used since I started do my own taxes about 10 years ago. With TurboTax, it just gets easier to use every year.

Great Application

Filing tax returns as got to be one of the cruelest things that life hands you. TurboTax does ease a lot of the pain. It isn't perfect but it gets better every year. I feel very satisfied at the end of the process and confident that my return was done correctly.
What's great about it: The interview process makes the whole tax thing at lot more palpable.
What's not so great: When things get really complicated, the explanations are not quite as helpful.
