Trust in TurbTax!

This is the 3rd year I've used TurboTax and I will use it for my 2013 taxes as well. I feel confident as I'm walked through each step along the way. Thanks for making it so easy!
What's great about it: Easy to use, walks me through every step along the way. Can stop anytime and return any time.
What's not so great: Can't think of any at this time.

very easy to use. Only issue was that it got a bit lost between last year's business expenses and this year's (some information got copied incorrectly and then was duplicated when I tried to fix). This corrected easily enough.
What's great about it: easy to follow

Quick, complete, easy

TurboTax is a great product, easy to use, complete, gives help when you need it. In past years I have used the Home & Business or Premier TurboTax products because we had a rental property. This year, we no longer have the rental but we still have considerable investment sales for Schedule D and other not-so-common elements, but I opted to save money and go with the Deluxe product and it was excellent, for less money. I highly recommend TurboTax.
What's great about it: Completeness, access to answers to questions
What's not so great: No cons, no problems

TurboTax is a great tool

Overall, you can't go wrong. With just the basic vital records of taxes paid and deductible information, totally start to finish my federal long form AND state took less than 2 hours to do from start to e-file, and that's with not having anything laid out in order. Just the box of receipts/deductions, my computer and the turbo tax disc. The program searched for nearly every conceivable $$ amount that was yours to start with.
What's great about it: Guides you when you get stuck or make a mistake. Plus finds your extra dollars hiding where you may not see them.
What's not so great: Isn't always easy to click right back to edit some items

Overall program is as good as always. I found getting to the Its deductible portion a little complicated. the rest of the program is very intuitive. The "Its Deductible" link is somewhat buried. That is the only part that I feel needs improvement.
What's great about it: Good navigation system
What's not so great: Hard to reach Its Deductible function.

LIKED THE FACT THAT IT CHECKS FOR EVERYTHING, SHOWS YOUR ERRORS, AND DOUBLE CHECKS EVERYTHING. VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND GIVES YOU CONFIDENCE THAT IT'S DONE RIGHT.WILL ALWAYS USE IT.
