Overall easy to use and file.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions and explanation help links available.
What's not so great: Personnal Property Tax area confused me because it referenced boats and planes but not cars had to return to fix

Great Program for your own taxes

Liked using TurboTax and have been for about 8 years.
I would have given a "5 Star" if the extra States did not cost so much extra since I have to do more than one State.
What's great about it: Easy step by step
What's not so great: Had to read a lot of sections

One year I tried the other guys....that was a mistake. I hated it. I went back to the store and got my TURBO TAX, its the only one I'll use.
What's great about it: the absolute easiest to use

I have been using this product for several years and it continues to get better and better. I prepared our returns by hand for many years, and then migrated to turbo tax. I tried a competitor's brand one year and immediately returned to turbo tax. Just no comparison. Each year the product gets easier to use. The questions asked make it easy for even a first time preparer. So glad to see that filing is FREE to both IRS and STATE. :)

Quick and easy way to file

I have used Turbo Tax for more than 5 years and never used electronic filing. TurboTax made it easy and the fact there was no additional cost was a plus. Turbo Tax has always helped me get the max return and it’s easy to do I don’t know why anyone would pay someone to file for them.
What's great about it: Walked me through every step to file.
What's not so great: I have no issues

Overall the 2012 version of TurboTax is the best. Easy instructions and easy updates to deal with. Keep up the good work.
What's great about it: Efficiently organized
What's not so great: Did not catch Zip Code errors until e-filing. Frustrating and an unnecessary delay
