Easy Filing

Easy to use and much less than going to a tax preparation office. Downloads save lots of time, less keying in. Transfer from last year saves lots of time.
What's great about it: Easy to use, self explanatory,
What's not so great: Some questions seem repetitive

Always 1st Choice !

I would never use any other tax product ! I have been using Turbo Tax for more then 5 Years and it is the Best Financial investment I make every year. Input the numbers - answer a few question and hit a button - Done !
What's great about it: I have been using TurboTax for more then 5 years and my Taxes are as painless as they can be !
What's not so great: - never had a issue

Software walks you through the questions in an easy to follow format. When I did have a question the help desk solved my problem.

Still the best option

Turbo Tax is the most cost effective tax preparation method available for typical tax payers -- Period.
The only things I always question are:
Why does TurboTax insist that property taxes be entered in a separate category from other house/real estate credits and taxes?

The Turbo Tax software is not very friendly when it comes to W-2 Employees business/work expenses. When it comes to things like uniforms, GPS systems and other work related expenses, I always feel like they skipped some potential deductions.
What's great about it: Easy to use and cost effective
What's not so great: some of the category orders don't make sense, W-2 employee work related expenses section is dodgy

Easy to use except for cons noted above. Makes taxes an easy task.
What's great about it: Picked up most data.
What's not so great: Asked questions about carryovers that were not clear. Fugded data to remove check error.

Fast and Easy

fast and easy if you do it in one session. The updates are a bit odd in that they do not tell you if any changes need to be reviewed. It just takes you back through the entire process.
What's great about it: Easy step by step
What's not so great: updates take you back to the beginning
