So easy to use

Love this program. I have been using this program for 10 years now and have seen its development grow from better to best.

We have used TurboTax for several years and are very happy. We have recommended this to all our friends.
What's great about it: Reminds us of all our deductions
What's not so great: There isn't a droid app to keep track of deductions year long.

Easy!

We've been using Turbo Tax for many years. It's the only way I would prepare my taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to understand directions. The step-by-step works like a charm
What's not so great: We donate a lot of items to charitys. It takes a while to enter each item in It's Deductible. But no choice.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is a great tax partner because it takes you through the process step-by-step and does so in simple english. The rolling tally at the top is informative as well. And believe it or not, being able to type things in vs. writing by hand and calculating is great, as is the save-as-PDF feature. The fact that much of the fees only pop up at the end is dissapointing.
What's great about it: step-by-step, automated calculations
What's not so great: amount of updates makes me concerned about filing early if I did not have the most recent version

Overall, I like Turbo Tax and have been very happy using it without any problems for the last 10-12 years. The ease of using Turbo Tax seems to get better every year. I made it through most of the questions without problem but was a little confused on others but now I have experienced and learned and will know more next year.
What's great about it: Most questions easily understood
What's not so great: Some questions and quesiton help are confusing

Relatively painless way to give money to our government! Cost of product is worth the ease and peace-of-mind of getting the taxes done. Good job on comparing standard deduction and itemizing.
What's great about it: Took information from last year's return, so less typing for me.
What's not so great: Still doesn't pick up our W2s.
