Big difference

Every year it gets easier andeasier to fiile my taxes. I have adjusted my wit holdings based on the information from turbo tax and am very pleased with this years results.
What's great about it: Super easy step by step instructions. this isthe 5th year I have used tubo tax
What's not so great: Nothing

Perfect choice for tax prep

Iv'e been using Turbo tax for as long as it has existed. I even kept all the software. It has been a great experience every year, one year getting me a bigger refund than a tax company was going to get. I can't say enough good things about Turbo tax. I have not been audited since using it, and even the years I had to write a check to the IRS it was the lowest possible amount thanks to TurboTax. I have referred all my friends and hopefully they have gotten the benefit of perfect taxes
What's great about it: Easy and accurate - enough said!!
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

MY REFUND

As a senior citizen with limited computer expertise your program has made preparing my annual Federal & State Income Taxes much Easier. The help sections and being able to return to certain areas of the form without starting over again was most helpful and consequently reduced my tax preperation time.
What's great about it: YOUR PROGRAM WAS EASY TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS
What's not so great: I DID NOT FIND ANY SECTION OF THE PROGRAM I DID NOT LIKE

Glad It Is Done

We have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years. The first 4 years we weren't sure about trusting the software, so we would compare it to a tax preparer's returns. The figures were so close that we have come to trust Turbo Tax and no longer verify the returns through another source. Turbo Tax does a lot of the work and verification; and knowing that it is updated to current tax laws and codes for both Federal and State is worth the purchase of the software. We really like the checking for mistakes and rating for audits. It makes tax preparation less of a headache. Thank you for the work you put into making this helpful software at an affordable price
What's great about it: calculations are automatic; detailed deductions; really like the It's Deductible for non cash charitable contributions
What's not so great: having to pay a fee for credit card payments

This is the first year I did the taxes rather than my husband. It was so easy. It talked me through every step right down to the exact line to look on for forms. I don't know why anyone would ever not try to do this on their own. It fact I have to say it was it little fun.
What's great about it: EASY

although the first time using Turbo Tax; I was able to find everything I needed to file my taxes. and then was able to help my partner file his.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: a lot of reading to determine what could qualify as deduction
