great product

If you have only one or two w2s, this is fantastic. If you have a slew of other forms and deductions, the more mundane worksheets and forms become a bit confusing and poorly explained. Overall, though, great product. Well worth it for the ease of use.
What's great about it: easy to use if your return isn't complicated
What's not so great: some of the forms aren't explained fully, when it gets more complex
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Easy to use

I have been using Turbo Tax to complete my taxes for the last 10 + years, it is so easy to use, that I still get surprise every year on how user friendly it is.
Thank you so much for making this painful time of the year at least one that we do not suffer to complete because of difficult instructions to follow.

The Only Tax Advisor You Need

I love TurboTax and have used it for many years. It's helped me wrestle with the tax conseuqences of marriage, divorce, job changes, and investment events.
When my mother became unable to handle her finances, TurboTax was able to help me sort out her taxes for multple years, which included retirement and involved the sale of her properties and other assets.
I'm now helping a friend who became so paralyzed by the complexity of his taxes that he repeatedly failed to file--a bad move. As we are getting him caught up (previous-years versions of TT are available for purchase from the website), he is becoming quite fond of the software--a new fan!
Again, I highly recommend it to anyone.

Each year getting Better

I have used Turbotax for some time and continue to depend on this tool for my annual frustration of going through taxes. I would like to understand the features of the online version and may consider it next year if I know i can import this years returns.
What's great about it: Questions answered easier than past years. Importing past information is great

No Turbulence with TurboTax

After using Turbo Tax for over a decade, I can't imagine ever doing taxes by hand. We all know taxes are a complicated process and Turbio Tax makes it totally tolerable while giving you confidence that everything has been thought of and handled accurately. None of those tedious and mind hurting instructions such as "Subtract line 18 from line 17 and if less than zero put zero on Page 7 line 66".
Finally the cost of doing it yourself is so much less than a human preparer and it ensures that you have ownership and understanding of the data you inserted rather than throwing the paperwork at a preparer and saying, "sort this out".

Great Experience

The entire experience can be either self-directed or guided with detailed instructions and suggestions. Additional help is always available and updates are frequent. I would highly recommend using TurboTax for its convenience and completeness.
What's great about it: Very detailed support and instructions.
What's not so great: None

Best Tax software & Quick Refunds

I have been using TurboTax for over 10years. It is very easy to use and covers everything needed forfiling Taxes. Highly recommend this product for anyone to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Gets All Deductions & Very Fast Refunds
What's not so great: Could not easily find a way to adjust last year amortized startup expense loss in State Taxes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

As a former tax preparer, I highly recommend this product. I have refered friends with very complicated taxes and they were able to do them on their own saving them hundreds of dollars.
