Turbo Tax Deluxe

Turbo Tax is STILL a great experience.
Pros
Filed taxes quickly and with ease. Had quick access to help and information when it was needed.

Cons
Had a little confusion with some of the deductions I had (school loan interest) but stated before a little help took care of that quickly.

This is my third year filing with Turbo Tax and will continue to do so in the future.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow, Quick access to help.
What's not so great: Some confusion where to use some documents.

Turbo Tax Deluxe

I like Turbo Tax, it's an easy to use program. One of the draw backs in the program is I would like to enter some information even when I don't have a internet connection. i.e. - was at the salon trying to enter information and it wouldn't let me. I understand that it must have an internet connection to update the forms however, I think that I should be able to enter information without an internet connection, Then once reconnected the internet the information enter prior to the mandatory internet would update.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Won't work offline - and then update once back on line.

Good with a few annoyances

Turbotax is fast albeit pricy compared to the competition. However considering how much I detest having to work as an unpaid intern for the IRS each Spring my familiarity makes for a less unpleasant yearly ordeal. I was disappointed there were forms that had to be filled out twice because information did not transfer. Also, why not pre-fill all those blanks that require a number with 0.00 so that we don't have to go through fifteen or twenty boxes filling in zeros.
What's great about it: Easy guidance simplified preparation without slowing me down
What's not so great: Some forms failed to transfer data within federal return requiring duplicate form filling

Dependable Software

I have used turbo tax since 1999 to do my taxes and family and friends. I like it because it is easy to use. I am an accountant and worked with a CPA that uses the professional intuit software, so Turbo Tax was an easy choice. I can either enter the information on my own or if I have some questions let the software guide me through the form. I love it and it is dependable. Thanks Turbo Tax!

Great Tax Software

Excellent software. Been using it for years. I do 4 -5 taxes each year. Easy to very complex and this is the only software I use.
What's great about it: Walks you through the tax process with lots of help. Very easy to use. Electronic filing is great
