Turbo tax experience

The first year is painful due to many details on form that must be typed in including names, numbers, addresses, etc. However, subsequent year's filings are much easier due to downloads of prior year's information.
I would recommend Turbo Tax to a friend.

Easy and Fast

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and it's always been quick and easy to enter in all my tax information. It's great that you can import data directly from many financial institutions. Granted my tax situation isn't overly complex but it seems that the program could handle most scenarios.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very Easy to Use

Very easy to use. Like the question and answer method to fill in data. Makes it simple enter your information and the program figures out where it goes on the tax return. Our taxe returns are not simple but te software saves me money over an accountant or tax preparer.
What's great about it: Interview Process
What's not so great: Fee for State taxe efile

I Hate doing taxes

I hate doing taxes - but each year I use Turbo Tax it gets easier - they ask the right questions and you fill in the numbers - just read - take a deep breath and proceed - before you know it - your done
Thanks Turbo Tax - do you think next year we could have a audio addition????
What's great about it: Using Turbo Taxes was so easy I thought I would be screaming and yelling at my computer but before I knew it I was done.
What's not so great: Have all your past and present income tax stuff ready

Excellent Software

Only problem that I had with the software was a 401K roll over. It didn't really explain that the program included the roll over when a 1099R was used and a 0 taxable number. I added the rollover value into the 401K contribution section which was incorrect.
What's great about it: Made sure nothing missed
What's not so great: When being guided, next button should be on top and bottom so you do not need to scroll down everytime

Taxes made easy!

This is the 8th year I've used TurboTax, and I love it. I know that if I have any questions, the Help function almost always answers any question I have. I will continue to use and recommend Turbo Tax! I did find it a little time-consuming to enter individual short-term gains/losses from my 1099-B, but only because I didn't import it directly from my broker. If you choose the import option, it would be fine. Otherwise, TurboTax makes my life easy this time of year!
What's great about it: Walk-throughs and explanations at every step
What's not so great: It was a little tedious entering 1099-B info
Pros: I bought or sold investments
