Overall very nice product

The product is overall excellent. I have been using this product and its predecessors since about 1992. I am overall very happy with the completeness of the product, the audit rating, help resources, e-filing, etc.
I have noticed more (obviously I have gotten older) in the last 3-4 years it is increasingly irritating that there is NO option to increase the screen font size when using TurboTax, at least on Mac OS X. This is inexcusable. Not everyone wants to read 8 point menu and help documentation. Give us an option here please.
What's great about it: Interview style is top notch way to gather tax info
What's not so great: Cannot adjust the font size on Mac OS X

I have used TurboTax for over 10 years, now, and find it gets better every year.
What's great about it: That Turbo Tax imports data from my employer and from my financial institutions.
What's not so great: Sometimes I need a little more explanation than is provided, but not often.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

So Easy!

Turbo Tax is by far the easiest and fasted way to file taxes! I have used it for many, many years, and have loved the dependability and accuracy of it. I never have to worry if I did them correctly.
What's great about it: Everything! I especially love the E-File! So easy!!
What's not so great: Nothing.

Very thorough

I'm a CPA and have used tax software utilized by tax professionals. TurboTax is a very good alternative if preparing your own taxes. Walks you through and pretty much dumbs it down for you so the questions/inputting are easy to follow.

Have used product since it was Parsons and have faith in its thoroughness, programming issues are irritating when occurring on stuff that doesn't change year to year, such as automatic updates. Phone support was available within a half hour and fixed things manually. Otherwise a good experience again, will use it next year.....
What's great about it: it was fast and easy to input
What's not so great: some effort required to fix program update hang, delayed 11 hours

I cannot imagine trying to do my taxes by hand any more. Even though I favor the Fair Tax, it will probably never happen, so I will continue to rely on Turbo Tax to keep my sanity.

TURBO TAX 2012 GOOD STUFF

I have used Turbo Tax and other tax programs for over 10 years now. Turbo Tax has alway seemed clear and reassuring when dealing with tax issues. It keeps getting better. I really like the tool which helps to value items donated to charities.
What's great about it: This tax program was simple to use and provided all i needed for how to handle IRA and Roth rollovers.

My First Tax Filing

This was my first filing done all on my own and it couldn't have been any easier. Turbotax is very user-friendly and is accessible to all age groups and all levels of tax experience. I would recommend this software to all of my friends and family.
