Easy as Pie!

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years on both the PC and the Mac. I have always found it a very useful and efficient tool. It seems to me that it just keeps getting better. Don't pay too much attention to the people that are complaining about the Mac version not installing correctly. If you have been keeping up to speed on your OS updates, it will load and install just fine.
What's great about it: Easy to install, easy to use, accurate, correct, what more can I say?
What's not so great: There were a couple of places where it wasn't clear what selection I should make.

Taxes made easy

This made doing my taxes so easy. I was able to finish them in a few hours. The explanations are very easy to follow except for the retirement investment which doesn't automatically zero out if it is not allowed. This could use a better explanation.
What's great about it: this takes you step by step through deductions, income and more with easy to understand explanations.
What's not so great: exceptions for retirement investments not clear

The Great Turbo Tax Experience

Turbo Tax is an awesome software program. I have had many friends ask who I use to do my taxes and I always say Turbo Tax. They will say they can not do it because their taxes are complicated, but I then tell them it will still work for them. Thanks Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: I just love using Turbo Tax. I have used for years, probably 15+ with no problems. I can always get the answer I need.
What's not so great: I cannot think of one, except I wished it was better advertised so I would have used it sooner than 15 years ago.

So easy to do it

It has great customer service . It answered any and all of my questions. It made filling quick and easy. It left me with the feeling that there was a person just waiting to help me with any trouble I my have.
What's great about it: Very easy to fallow instructions. Great info. on how to save money and make it work for you.
What's not so great: Liked it all
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Another successful filing

I have used Turbotax for 5 years or more and found it a simple way to file my taxes. Things are pretty straight forward for me in terms of income, one job, and deductions that aren't complex. I would like answers to why my refunds get smaller every year and how my impending retirement will change things, but I guess I can figure that out on my own. My income is higher now but I would like to know if that's why my overall tax rate is getting higher too or if there are other factors.
What's great about it: The step by step questions point me to the data/information I have to have in order to maximize my refund.
What's not so great: I am not always sure if there are other ways I could take deductions or why my refund continues to be reduced.
